- Swimmers must be able to swim 20m unaided.
- A Swim test must be complete at the start of each session
- Bookings are non-transferable, except at McLaren Leisure’s discretion.
- Subject to McLaren Leisure cancelation policy.
- Participants must follow all lifeguard and instructor directions at all times.
- Guests behaving in a disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe manner may be removed without refund.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before session start time for safety briefing.
- Participation is at your own risk. McLaren Leisure is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
- Standard swimwear only—no buttons, zip fasteners, or accessories that could damage the inflatable.
- For safety and hygiene reasons:
• Acrylic, gel, and false nails are not permitted during inflatable pool sessions.
• Long or sharp nails (natural or false) may cause injuries or damage the inflatable. - No spectators allowed on the pool deck, unless required for medical or safeguarding reasons and agreed in advance.
- McLaren Leisure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to maintenance or staff shortages.
- Participants will be offered an alternative session or refund in such cases.
- These Terms & Conditions may be amended at any time, with changes posted on the official McLaren Leisure website.
